I do legitimately own Hc Svnt Dracones' pdf and this was the kind of character I wanted to develop. Pretty much spiking acuity (on all four statblocks), spot, scent, science and investigation on character generation. It hit a snag: this amount of augmentation and cyberware is prohibitively expensive at a normal start. And to be honest, I would agree on the side of it being overpowered.

Oh well, there's still my imagination, and artwork.
