One of the plane doodles I did this last weekend was for the podcast Stray Ami. After giving it a listen, I thought that maybe I wanted to try to do a bit more for it than just a little sketchbook doodle.

Stray Ami is a story told by Blanc, the imaginary friend of a little girl named Andale. It’s a terribly sweet story that’s also a little bit nostalgic for me, and little bit sad and a whole lot wondrous. It’s everything I remember about childhood, told in an imaginative and enjoyable way.

Blanc loves Andale dearly, and listening to him tell the story makes it incredibly easy to love her (and him, too).
I would heartily suggest everyone I know to go give it a listen, too.
