Sorry for the mini flood of uploads! I'm catching my gallery here up on some of the art I've drawn. It's been a rough few years - I've been sick, and grieving, and recovering, so there's not as much art as I would like... but I'm trying. ♥
I do really love me some perytons. I did a couple of designs a while back based off of actual birds and bugs, but this one ... the first one I drew, the one that kicked off the entire little deluge of them I was like. I COULD base it on a bird... or I could just go full on aesthetic and nonsense.
This one is unofficially a version of my character Ivy. If she were a peryton, she would be this ornate and pretty and ridiculous.

super belated reply but thank you!! Also, you're spot on, laughs. The character Ivy that I mentioned this being related to exists in a mmo where I have a cosmetic equipped that means she's followed nonstop by tiny little falling snowflakes. She is exactly the kind of extra to be followed by bells or windchime noises.
