Astor had a good upbringing with a mated pair in the arctic edges. Her father was an Eastern with a were form and her mother a half Arctic, half Eastern. She still visits them often. When she hit adulthood, she began to travel frequently, moving south. She ended up encountering a male during breeding season for the first time. She refused him and it went very poorly. The young female was left in a state of shock and pain. It only lasted a brief period of time before all the emotion turned into aggression. The following morning, she tracked down the male who was in a deep sleep, transforming back from his were form to his humanoid form. She entered her instinctive state and sank her fangs into the back of his skull, killing him without much struggle. The incident forever changed Astor, as she was never able to accept the idea of the force like many of her species seemed to, or at least recover from it. Luckily, she did not bear children from the event.

Astor eventually learned how to wield human weapons and can always be seen with a spear. Her skill with her weapon of choice should not be questioned, as she has driven it through the bodies of both prey and those who think they can force their young upon her. She took up a fairly nomadic lifestyle and slowly made it down to the tropics. It was there she encountered a Tropic mutt named Kahekili. She initially thought poorly of him, due to possessing a wereform. The two fought, but eventually formed a strong friendship. He ended up introducing her to his relative, Tiësto. And then they lived happily ever after, bitches.
