Chase flirting with the passing ladies. Still full of himself, still a Con man and still a chauvinistic jerk.
He thinks he is Arceus' gift to all women. Believing he can get any woman he wants with his strength, good looks and charm. Rose being the prize he has his sights on.

Rose would rather put him in a headlock or give him a well deserved kick in his personal Pokeballs than to ever lower herself to be his girlfriend. The more she pushes him away the more he desires her. He is determined to have Rose on his arm as his personal eye candy. With such a big Houndoom beauty by his side, he would be the most popular Persian ever.

Chase is a fairly powerful fighter and can use many of this attacks to get himself out of tight situations; given his personality that happens quite often. No matter how many times Rose beats him up for his advances, he just never seems to learn.
