      The blue base color is marker. The black is colored pencil. It makes a really pretty effect.

        I would never have guessed! I thought the edges of the blue are nice and organic, so I assumed you used really thick blue pencil on top of black marker o_o wow!

        Yup! It's just basically carefully blocking it out and using lighter strokes to get that effect of strands.
