TERMS OF SERVICE

Before you send a note, please read the following information carefully! I wrote it for no asked the same questions over and over again. If you ask what is below, I know that you did not read. Also, do not lie better, because I can see it. Please read.

NOTE
You send me a message with your order in priv gallery or e-mail. The message title is to be "Commish / Commission". Aesthetically and clearly written text. I will not waste time for thinking what is written on it. On AIM and Skype I don’t accept messages! Because your notes I save in a specific folder is box, not in computer.

Link to a picture of the design is the most important! I’m not going to draw characters from the descriptions, because I am visual and I need to know what detail is in the form and colors, if the link is not given colorized. If any of the details in the form of a valid desing please write about it. It will get better as you give the name of the character, I knew then how I must to sign them in the copyright.

NEEDS
Portrait or full body? If you have a specific idea that you can give me a pose, the same with specify the subject, take what they have to do, etc.
If you not write these informations you can not say that you don’t like it!

CHARACTERS
In commission I draw just one character, next chars are for extra price. If you want I can draw my characters too.

GENERALLY AND DELIVERY PIC
Please provide a detailed description of the work! How many times I wrote: pose, link, name, what to do, possibly colors and clothing. Without it, or move (it’s good to gives a few examples of the work of other artists, links, or photos, I don’t know what you thinking). For example, if you want SOFT SHADED I send: sketch or a detailed sketch (you write what you need to change what is wrong, etc.), if you want the idea then I draw the work to the finish. After graduating from sending only finish result! Don’t write to send lineart. You commish a concrete work and I just send it to you. Or if you will pay for lineart I will send you it. Without asking I submit artwork in my galleries and my Tumblr. I can send artwork to your e-mail (but please tell me about it). The commish you can publish without my permission, but I don’t allow for altering it in any way! Others people have not my permission to use it!

PAYMENT
You pay a reasonable amount when I told you about the finished work. Money to reach me, and then I publish a drawing. I’m waiting for money in 3 days, then I send a note of warning. If you don’t pay me I just not send you artwork. Much people such as after warning note are ignore me or greatly offended. So please don’t be offended if I will demand, because I haven’t trust to all people! If you pay before finished work and cancel commish I do not will give your money! Remember that! I will admonish you to carefully read the rules!

I DRAW
● CREATURES AND PERSONAL SPECIES - First of all is horses, own species, reptiles, other fantasy creatures and marine mammals - like orcas, sharks, etc.
● BLOOD SCENES - I can draw a fight between two characters with a lot of blood, etc.
● ANY POSES - I can draw all poses - dynamics and static. Of course any type of expressions, etc.
● SIMPLY BACKGROUNDS - I just draw simply backgrounds, some grass, sky, water etc. But no caves, meadows and forests. The same is with things. I do not draw clothers, weapons, etc. I can draw just some atributes.
● OTHER - If you have a question about another stuff please ask me.

I DO NOT DRAW
● MECHANICS STUFF - I don’t draw vehicles, machinery, robots, etc.
● PEOPLE AND ANTHRO - I can’t draw people in all their glory, especially the face. I don’t want them to be any part of your commission, they took any part. I’m an artist draws fantasy - not people, not anthro.
● WOLVES, CATS AND DRAGONS - I do not draw felines, canines and dragons. Theme is closed.
● FANARTS - Yes! I will draw just your character! Not Simba, not Spirit, not Toothless and not fu**in else! NO FANARTS!
● SEXUAL SCENES - I don’t draw sex. Don’t ask me about it.
● SOME SYMBOLS - Yes, don’t draw any of symbols like pentagrams, three sixes, peace symbol, ring atlantes, butterfly and all of the similar symbols and themes. I don’t want to draw demons and another devils! And that’s enough! I not discussing about this topic.
