This is my techie/surfer/superhero otter, Adam "Streamline" Catabay. He can physically enter the internet (using a wi-fi device in his in his armor) and use any electronic device hooked up to the internet as a portal to re-appear from. He can also do this with just part of his body,

Yes, the picture that inspired me to draw Streamline in this style was a commission of Vortex that I got from an artist named Bin.
