Huntress, a hyena superheroine, attempted to take down giant lioness supervillainess Diminisher, but instead was picked up and eaten. Inside the big cat's stomach, she meets Sharkette, another heroine who was eaten earlier.

According to the commissioner's original outline, the saltwater Diminisher swallowed (along with Sharkette) is hard for the body to absorb, and acts as a sort of anti-acid. This saves the pair from digestion, giving them a chance to formulate a plan of escape.
