This is Seductress, a ligress villainess with the power to seduce anyone who is attracted to females.

Here, she's kneeling on top of a bar, having just suddenly jumped up there in front of some unsuspecting hero or heroine, posing a bit to get them revved up before she goes in to finish them.

She looks a bit on the feral side because she's basically getting her victim's feral urges to overwhelm their reason. Usually, her uniform - her entire uniform - is that spiked collar. But she looks good in clothes too, as shown in this version :).

The tag on her collar features a symbol of a heart being held in the palm of a paw, with four slash marks through it.

Her weakness is, of course, that her powers don't work on those who aren't attracted to females...but even then, she is still a giant ligress with muscles, claws and teeth.

She's a member of Zoria Qumica's (skunk, F) villain team that's loosely themed to the "six senses" - she represents "touch", although she's also rather pleasant to sight, sound, smell and taste.
