First chibi commish for the wonderful awsesome doublestrand of his Vaporeon gal, Ondine! I saw her and just couldn't resist because I'm admittedly Vaporeon-obsessed. And her design is just SO cute! I hope I managed to do her justice despite taking some artistic license with her speckles and my bright blue marker dying and using a watercolor marker instead XD Hope you like!
