Sorry this was finished several days ago I just never got around to uploading OTL I just have this thing where if my inbox isn't cleared I can't seem to force myself to upload XD It's probably since every time I upload I get swamped which makes it even harder to clear out [for reference it was well over 2000 the last few days now it's all clear finally] _{hey look not dorks; you all better be proud of me cuz frankly all I want to draw is still those damn dorks pfft someone save me}

1st place contest prize [1/2] for aconite-pawlove@dA for summer contest held over on CuteCritters of their character Merle~
YELLS Merle is so cute I love those fluffy antennae type things ;v; Pic seemed kinda pale when I finished so I added a couple textures/patterns which I think made it a bit more interesting~ It's been a long while since I've done such crisp sharp lines it feels almost weird since I've done so much softer paintings recently [which is funny since a lot of old watchers probably think of my lines as one of my staples haha]
Merle's having a look at an early flower poking through the snow~ I guess maybe a bit early for that here though laughs we're right in the middle of winter here in Canada C": It feels like -25 degrees C outside if not colder I'm so glad I don't have to go outside yet!

This was lots of fun such a great character I'm partway through working on the second part of the prize [a chibi of this cutie aaa] as well c: I hope you like it!~ Sorry for the wait university sucks 0/10 would not recommend being grown up sucks XD But yes thanks for your patience I think I will be able to finish all these prizes as my winter break ends ;u;"
