Update: Didn't win but he's paid now so he's official!

I present to you: my v pretty boy who in short is a cleric who occasionally likes to not act quite like A Proper Cleric™ in the name of having some harmless fun

for the Kebanzu MYO contest I was referred by YuriStorm@dA
slides in at the last moment again pfft though more so because I was waiting on my friend to finish their entry first
I hope the colours look alright I had to play with then a little after I viewed this on my other computer as usual
still figuring out details of chara info so it may be added to/edited later

Personality: regal & dignified | polite & formal | quiet but friendly | quick to flee threats | not above having fun | caring when it counts

• generally holds himself in rather regal/dignified manner due to his occupation
• a generally very 'does things by the books' kinda guy; he's honest and doesn't want to cause trouble --- his fees may be astoundingly high at times, but he is proud that he never steals
• well mannered, but sometimes a bit too polite/formal which makes speaking with him hard --- sometimes he also answers with vague or cryptic fortunes for amusement but he means well and they're meant to help [if one can figure it out]
• will happily socialize, but needs a quiet space for home
• the mom friend [dad friend??] will check up on you and remind you to eat/sleep well and fix up injuries/illness regardless of whether you think it's necessary
• though unexpected he does have a sense of humour and will play harmless tricks or offer 'fortunes' when bored --- these are generally done on humans that are trying to trade for his services or travellers he comes across --- his fortunes are a tricky business; sometimes he'll really give real ones, other times he just makes them up
• though he is curious, especially of humans, he is very cautious and will disappear at the first sign of danger
• when things get serious so does he and he'll drop his playfulness and may even waive fees if he feels strongly enough --- it's not just to make a living; he does care and wants to help others so he's very dedicated once he's on a job

Other:

• occupation: 'white mage', a healer/cleric both through magic and herbs or a mix of both
• he's not picky about what his payment is as long as he sees value in it [or you add lots of treats to tempt his stomach]
• he lives out in a countryside in a Kebanzu town hidden in a forest near a human village --- most of his profits come from charging large fees to humans for his services [as compared to lower fees for Kebs] --- generally works in his human shapeshifted form when dealing with humans
• the humans have their suspicions about him, but respect his abilities [but usually think of him as the last resort to ask for help]
• enjoys reading, solving riddles, and listening to birdsong
• doesn't like confined or loud/crowded places, rowdy people/Kebs, mud [he's got an appearance to keep]
• alternates between working/trading in the Keb town, picking up jobs in the human village, and wandering the area looking for unsuspecting travellers
