The Domain Guardian wouldn't be fooled by her bluff. The diversion would only give Ghost a second longer to escape, and taking down the Qirnin took a minute. Maybe she would be fooled by the gashes down the beast's side, though - Ghost knew that Draien was too smart to think that the felled goat was her, even if the gashes mirrored Ghost's own vents. But maybe if the Guardian thought Ghost was foolish enough to assume it'd work... then she'd let her guard down. Then she'd fall for the next trick.
