The title for once fits perfectly cause here you have Ugly one of the protagonists of the series and movie ,,The ugly duckling and me,, and I can surely say he is kinda ugly! This sculpture was made in the year 2016 as a present for my mother when I had just started to sculpt and therefore looks weird and not like the actual Ugly, a reason why he turned out like this is also that back then I never used any reference pictures, I just sculpted everything out of memory and with almost no tools and this is what you get then. Since he is that old, he did break a million times and back then I also had no clue how to repair properly so you can easily spot all the seams (which are for some reason not quite visible on the picture?) but since he has that oldy-oldy charme I just can't give him an upgrade. He is going to share Ratso's base with him and will be still movable while Ratso won't be, cause he is quite big and Sculptures near my family love to break into thousand splinters so I wanted to be extra sure and such. Since Ugly looks ugly, I couldn't make up my mind if I should use a watermark or not but someone has to be responsible for this little weirdo so I have written my name as tiny as possible in one of the corners as a sign of true love for my sculptures!
