I present you Nimis (longus brachium, he had to be named like that so that i won't forget the mistake i did!) my first take on a western style dragon! He even has a legend telling about him, sit down folks, i will tell with my storytelling voice the legend, for the ones who don't know, it says that on the day Nimis's nose that seems to wander towards his eye, will reach it and then Armageddon will be near! Legend over!!! Maybe a bit short?! I wish it would wander back, then it wouldn't look like this! My friend wished herself a blue dragon from me, she didn't want to draw her dream dragon, though she can draw really well and so she found a picture of a white dragon sitting on a rock and wanted a personalized blue version of it and so Nimis was born! He is made out of super sculpey, looooooots of aluminium foil, wire and acrylic paint, he is 21cm (8.2 inches) high, 33cm (12.9 inches) wide, 28cm (11 inches) long. Nimis is one of the biggest sculptures i did and i learned a lot while making him for example that i cant make realistic rocks or that i really had to find wire mesh for the wings!!!! My painting and photography skills are still like 0% and my exclamation point usage is 100%!
