Time for more X-Men Evolution palette exercises! This time, I got Jubilee with palette #60. This palette worked out EXTREMELY well for her. Probably because I actually got some yellow to use for her jacket~ I was immediately drawn to draw some classic Jubilee problems, which means sparking out some electronics.
