Now that all the finer details have been settled, I can finally show off a little something I did for a fantastic client: my first book cover! This image is for a novel that will hopefully be up for sale in the new year. It's a historical fiction story focused on Saint Jean Baptiste de la Barrière. I'll be posting a link to where to get it later on, once it is available.
In addition to this image, I also painted a symbol for the back cover depicting the Cross of the Order of the Holy Spirit, and I was responsible for assembling the cover image file that was going to be used for printing. It's always a pleasure to get very professional clients for projects such as this, and I'm glad my first "commercial" venture was such a good experience.

Time Taken: I actually forgot to time this one. It would be safe to assume at least 15 hours, from concept to finished work.
