Faith and the Toolbox by Amber-Aria

Faith and the Toolbox

Amber-Aria

I love my wing-it commissions. So much. While sketching this out for Snowblindkitty, I discovered a new way to do thick lineart with my acrylic detail brush. It felt really good to draw this out. Also surprised that I managed complex robot legs in an hour. Getting better with drawing tech!

Check out Snowblind's little story that they wrote for this picture here. It offers a better impression of this character than just this image alone, and certainly makes me wanna draw her more!

Thank you again. I love your wingits but I do think the next time I get you to draw Faith that I will give you a few hours more time with her.

Also thank you for liking the story.

Believe me, I will gladly take however many hours you give me to draw her in more detail. I'd love to do her more justice~

And certainly welcome~ It was a fun read. c:

This character looks so cool! You did well handling the robotic parts while keeping it sketchy.

Faith is seriously awesome (doesn't help I have a weakness for velociraptor-ness. I feel like I'm slowly getting better at rendering robot parts, so thank you~!

Oh neato, that's an intriguing picture, it invites my narrative brain. Nice.
