Hinata is mostly a carefree individual that is very calculated. She does however have a tendency to be hot headed which gets her into trouble. She is Chaotic Good and mostly has loyalty to herself and her close friends. She is not above stepping on the innocent and not always interested in the machinations of the deplorable but she mostly does actions that she finds to be morally good.

Hinata is second child of Emperor Yuuri born to a war prisoner. Up until the age of 6 her and her older sister were abused and experimented on by their father. One day her and her sister tried to escape from their father but they were separated, with Hinata later being found and held in a sex trafficking ring. Before she was defiled, she killed her captors and was later found by and adopted into a league of an assassins.

Over the next 10 years, Hinata would adopt the name Nine, based on her rank in the Assassins league's "Ten Headed Dragon". She would be sent out on top secret missions to assassinate high priority targets in the continuing war. During this time she would become very numb emotionally. Eventually she would meet the daughter of a wealthy oligarch and bring down her emotional walls, eventually falling in love with her. Some time later Hinata learns that the girl she has fallen in love with is her next assassination target. Not able to allow anyone to bring harm to her, she instead chooses to betray her brotherhood, killing most members of the Ten Headed Dragon including her Mentor and disappeared.

Over the next 8 years she would abandon her old life and become a mercenary for hire. Her and a good friend she would make, Edan, would travel the land and kill monsters for money until one day her older sister would suddenly come back into her life.

Hinata is a 183cm tall Rabbit - Fox hybrid with a hour glass figure, a muscular build and very large breasts. She has sand color base fur with white black and gold accents. She has a birthmark on her back in the shape of wings. The fur pattern on her arms, legs and the end of her tail appear like a dancing flame. She has heterochromia with her right eye being green and the left eye being blue. Her hair is bright red and shoulder length that she regularly ties up.

Hinata considers herself a fashionista and typically wears a multitude of clothing.
