TIXA THE BLUE-SPOTTED TREE MONITOR is a dance instructor teaching classes in jazz dance, zumba, and weekend salsa. Like any good dance instructor, she is gentle, upbeat and positive with her beginner students, and a fire-breathing tyrant with her advanced students, who live in fear of a corrective tail whip. Likes: Indian food, watching scary movies with squeamish people, well-maintained dance floors. Dislikes: people who don't use the sign-in sheet, getting her tail caught in doors, banks/malls/stores that play music she can't dance to. AVAILABLE

EMMERICK THE PINK FAIRY ARMADILLO likes to travel, and always seems to be planning a trip to somewhere. He never has anything nice to say about "modern technology" and refuses to get a cell phone; as a result he spends a great deal of time getting lost and asking for directions. Since he's easygoing and friendly, this isn't much of a hardship. Emery feels a little morally superior to people who don't wear watches, but usually manages to keep his smugness to himself. Likes: roadside attractions, sleeping in late, being asked what time it is. Dislikes: road construction, hotel shampoo, urban legends. AVAILABLE

GILLIAN (GIGI) THE CHINOOK SALMON is in her eleventh year as an undergrad. She has changed her major eight times, and cannot seem to stop taking courses like Doll Furniture Construction, Queer Musicology, Whitewater Rafting, Philosophy of Star Trek, and The History of Ice Cream. Despite -- or perhaps because of -- her lack of focused academic goals, she is a dream student, attentive and enthusiastic, and her love of pink makes her stand out in a crowd.
