Just out of curiosity, why does she have a Czech flag on her hat? :3

  if I remember correctly from the commissioner, she's a character of Czech origin? Don't quote me on that, though X3
  Honestly, I just draw her with the hat almost every time I draw this character because military hats are just so damn sexy. =w=
  Glad someone noticed more than just "boobs" in this image, though!! Makes me quite happy ^^
