A cauldron on an office building, pumpkins and bottle spread out on the floor, Shorty seems to have decided this street makes a fine place to dump her stuff. Unfortunately Key Codec, a local superhero, has a different opinion. Realising that her constant insistance that she should clear up her stuff is going nowhere, the hero goes to ask again as she steadily starts getting up to the Plusle's size. I somehow think that this isn't going to change much in the end however.
