so fino is the lil toaster companion- he's reckless as most kids are but he's very affectionate and energetic! his master joined a crime group and when they found out fino is virtually useless to him, he abandoned him in a construction zone, hoping he'd end up getting himself crushed by something (since people can't take back companions to turn them in like eyy i don't want this anymore)

BUT LUCKILY fino did not end up getting hurt or crushed like the guy hoped, and instead stumbled upon the welder soon becoming something like his son :') their relationship is super genuine and unnamed welder kun thinks of fino as his own kid basically, but treats him with tough love out of concern since fino gets in near danger a lot by being as rambunctious as he is

fino sometimes wonders if his master will return one day, but he's content living under the welders roof and working with him as if he were actually family ~~
