Commission price update for 2023! A couple changes to this year.

I added a new type (chibis) to the menu, since they have been quite easy and fun to do! Everything else is consistent aside from price increases. I increased my extra character cost to +80% as well. 

Symmetry Icons and Chibis will be available outside of streams through KO-FI! They will be kept limited, but so long as they don't say Sold Out they will be available throughout the year. This is the first time I'm using Ko-fi to sell commissions, so it may require some adjusting here and there, just as a heads up!

To get a commission:
For commissioning through streams, I will announce ahead of time (24 hours or up to a week before) my stream date(s) and provide a Google form to fill out. I will choose from the form based on personal interest if the number of applicants exceeds my slot allowance (usually 3 slots per stream). Payment must be made before the stream starts. You do NOT have to attend the stream to get a commission! Fixes can be made post-completion.  

Everything else will only be available through select announcements on their own unique post (submission or journal entry).
