Day 4 of Inktober! It's Jay (blue jay character) as Penguin from Batman Returns.

I love Tim Burton's version of the character, so spooky, with those sharp teeth, the merged fingers. How he eats raw fish and has black saliva. Very creepy and entertaining. I figure he'd be perfect for Halloween.
