~ Inspiration in life changes as we are put through miracles and tragedies. It's funny how something so grand, or horrible can motivate an individual or group to make a change in their own lies, or to make an effort to try and better those of people adversely affected by the root cause. Sometimes these root causes are thousands of miles away, and yet these individuals and groups go the extra mile, put forth the extra effort, their resolve never faltering.
This piece, this little sketch is a result of me having a person of this caliber in my life. I have never met them, but hope I will one day. Everyone should be able to have someone special in their life. This person has inspired me to push through some of the hardest times of my life, and I've helped them in kind. People like this don't show up everyday - if you are lucky enough to have one in your life, make sure to let them know how much they mean to you, for one thing in life is certain except for the fact that you have the power to inspire others through your words and actions.
