Yamaks are said to be the souls of actual humans and their masks are they faces when they were alive... But what about they don't completely morph into how the Pokemon looks like and remind some of their human shape?

OR, for Layton fans: What about if Lando (I refuse to call him "Randall") actually died, and years in the future someone finds him as a Yamask and catches him? Well... you should take my games away I know
