    Interesting :3
    (after reading the previous versions posted) There's bound to have been more of a bird-focused "TMNT" group that was out there somewhere. Do the [Animated] Mighty Ducks count? :x
    Still, I like these! My only suggestion is that, well... You have 3 sword users x3 Different swords, sure, but are they different enough? :3c There's many different types of blades out there, and you have definitely been creative with your weaponry lately ^^ I look forward to any designs you have in mind for them

    You do have Snow Dagger there, and I find it endlessly amusing how big he is for a 'dagger' x3

      I have no idea honestly! As I said in the first version of the lineup I actually didn't grow up with TMNT directly, but the idea of a "colour coded animal hero team" is certainly not exclusive to it either, as I'd argue that the cast of Sonic the Hedgehog and many others could fit that description too. Either way, my love for colourful creatures in general is definitely the driving force here ^_^

      The reason they're called The Snow Blades is mostly because of that specific weapon choice, as well as their leader sharing the name. However, Thorn and Claw (and now Shield) are a bit of a wildcard as their weapons are not technically "blades", but they still have an important dynamic within the team regardless, so it is more of a title than anything. I'd make sure that the whole team, including the various blade users, would have their fighting styles showcased to set them apart in addition to their differences in personality. For example, Sword swears by her two-handed sword, whereas Blade swears by his dual-wielding instead. Since the two are rivals-turned-teammates, they often clash (sometimes literally) over which one is superior, but ultimately they each have their strengths and weaknesses regardless of how similar their weapons are on the surface.

      That said though, I always love drawing a variety of cool weapons, so I'm interested to see how it all develops over time, as I'm definitely not opposed to changing their weapons for the good of the concept if necessary! These are only revamped initial ideas rather than fully-fledged ones, and decisions like these tend to change once given context for the world/story the characters are in, but it's fun to just play around with them for now. :)

      And yes I had fun with Snow Dagger, I like the contrast between his large size and his weapon choice xD A lot of dagger users are associated with stealth and quiet movement, so I'll have to come up with creative ways of him either achieving that in different ways than usual, or lacking the need for stealth entirely. Though I also like the idea of him carrying a larger version of his weapon that seems small to him, but it isn't to others simply by height/size comparison.

      "That's not a dagger!"
      "Well not with that attitude."

        "That's not a dagger!"
        "Well not with that attitude."
        x3! That is totally something my best friend would say

        But yeah, I definitely hear you about these just being fun revamps of old ideas rather than fully-fledged and 110% functional ones. It's a faaaar step forwards from what you did as a child ^^ Not to mention the new additions, but regardless these characters do look like they would be fun to watch interact with each other

        I never really thought about Sonic being that kind of team, but thinking about it now... Sonic SATAM is kinda close to it :o I grew up during the TMNT boom where there were a loooot of shows trying to cash in on its popularity: Samurai Pizzacats, Extreme Dinosaurs, Street Sharks, etc. Every friend had their own favorites from each show, but mine was often missing in these 'copies': Splinter (The Mentor). I guess in the 90s 'old people' weren't cool enough x3 But when they did the 2012 version of TMNT, they knocked it out of the park with Splinter! A couple decades too late, but this old bear appreciated it nonetheless ^^;;

        Still, if you ever come up with more ideas about the Snow Blades crew, I look forward to hearing them ^^

          Aww thanks, I appreciate it! ^^ I'm thinking it'll be fun to explore their dynamics with some character interactions later on.

          And you're right, they really went ham on those animal superhero teams after TMNT! I only watched a bit of the 2012 iteration back when it first came out, but I remember really liking Splinter in that version too. There were a lot of those "old mentor" characters from that overall era, but not necessarily with the same genre/setup as TMNT. It's on my list of shows to go back to, and I'd like to check out the Rise of the TMNT series as well, it looks super fun
