Some design tweaks for this incredibly smarmy lad. xD The majority of the changes are on his tail fin and pattern, as I felt it needed to be as “fancy” as the rest of him, as well as match with level of detail I’ve established for these designs thus far. Still kept the broken horn idea, but felt it was more in character for him to conceal it more often than not.
