Okay so his dinner isn't really a turkey, but hey - the title was amusing to me so there :B

This time Tyra the Terror Bird is on the prey side of things, being snared and swallowed whole by my carnivorous plant character Cha'Kaari. Tyra's species isn't usually one of Cha'Kaari's natural prey items, since they live in different regions, but he's not a picky eater. When you're immobile and have to wait for your meals to come to you, you'll eat anything you can get.

Also shown is Cha'Kaari's long prehensile tongue he uses to snare his meals, wrapping it around Tyra and pulling her towards and into his maw to be swallowed.

Normally Tyra would keep Cha'Kaari fed for at least three to four weeks, and he wouldn't need to eat again for months. However, Tyra's not going to digest this time, and will merely be kept in his stomach sack beneath the soil for a day or three before being regurgitated - Though I can't stop you from imagining her digesting as plant food, but even then she'll emerge unharmed later. Is my art and no one dies in my art :)
