A series of drawings I had been doing where I'd use a random list generator to pick a predator and its prey, then draw the results :)

Short story to accompany it:
Abyssal Lagi is rarely ever seen in "shallow" waters, let alone anywhere near dry land. Today however, he swam to the surface to help himself to some 'exotic food'. As he was approaching the surface he spotted a flying wyvern just overhead, and leaped from the waters to grab its tail, pulling it into the ocean with him. When he crawled onto the beach a moment later, his stomach was slightly swollen, and angry muffled protests could be heard from within. Abyssal grudgingly pushed forward further into the dry land, eventually coming across his cousin Ivory lazing about on some rocks in the clearing ahead, with a pack of Jaggi barking obnoxiously at her. Abyssal never liked his land-loving cousin, and seeing her sleeping comfortably on dry land sickened him. He wasted no time in clamping his jaws over her head and swallowing her, his land dwelling cousin waking up just as her legs began to disappear into Abyssal's gullet.

Slurping down the last of his cousin's tail, Abyssal turned to head back to his beloved ocean, being quite tired of being on land for so long - even though it hadn't even been half an hour. Upon reaching the beach, he spotted another large wyvern nearby, yelling angrily at the Epioth swimming about and to no real effect. One more thing to eat before this outing's over wouldn't hurt, Abyssal thought as he clambered his way over to the other monster. Tigrex was so focused on trying to intimidate the water dwelling herbivores (Who were largely ignoring him and his noise) that he didn't notice Abyssal approaching. It wasn't until he felt something bite down on his tail and began to be dragged away from the side of the shore that his attention was finally torn away. The tigrex flailed about angrily and put up a considerable fight, his struggles actually making Abyssal have second thoughts about eating him... But once Abyssal's jaws worked their way over Tigrex's chest and his throat engulfed his wings, Abyssal found Tigrex much easier to manage, and swallowed the rest down.

Abyssal sighed and burped loudly, satisfied with his rather large meal, though at the same time more than a bit frustrated with himself. With the three other monsters stretching his stomach so much, his feet could barely even reach the ground. Thus, he was stuck here unable to return to his deep ocean waters, until the trio finished digesting.
