His stroll on the beach was interrupted by a sudden sharp pain in his foot. Checking on the ground, something strange juts out of the sand, with an odd glint to it. Wanting to get off his injured foot, he sits down to examine the culprit. Half buried in the sand was a strange, sharpened stone pale and cold to the touch.

As he looks over the odd rock, a weird feeling runs through him, racing from foot to his head and to his hands. The feeling persists in his feet, as he looks down, his skin is turning.. green. The affected area is wet and almost...fishlike to the touch. As panic sets in he can see his toes are elongating, and those strange green scales are marching up his legs.

Before his very eyes, his hand holding the stone begins to change as well. Green scales replace skin, and his nails grow into claws. Between his fingers the webbing grows turning yellow and becomming thicker, and the second hand follows suit.
