Another primary antagonist in the story...

Don't let that smile fool you; James Rellek is a brutal individual who is wanted for numerous kidnappings, rapes, and murders across Raikonia. Intelligent and highly skilled, he managed to evade numerous peacekeeper units until finally being cornered in the tiny town of Wesryn. In an event that would later be named "The Grimjack Murders" the squads were completely devastated. Only one constable was left alive, but horribly disfigured by a weapon he'd only heard of in legends: Verrocite. The witness said Rellek's style of fighting was unlike any he'd observed outside of the military.

More peacekeepers were deployed to track him down and arrest him, but ended up being cut down with every attempt. The lucky few who managed to survive him note that he'd suffered incredible injuries during the fights, yet later eye-witness accounts would claim he never had so much as a scar on his body. The Taekartan government even sent a squad of Omegas after him (Omegas are a hyper-lethal black-ops group brought together for the sole purpose of killing highly-dangerous individuals. Having them called on you is the equivalent of a death sentence without trial; they WILL kill you upon finding you).

Rellek was the only person to survive an encounter with them, which meant that he killed them first. No one in Taekarta's history had ever done that before.

And now... someone's hired him to take out the R-Force.

Coloring this one was a challenge, as there's no clear light source to base the shadows and highlights from. Since he's on the edge of a rooftop (with no fear of falling off, apparently), I figured he would be backlit with some lighting below as well, on both sides. I don't think I quite got it, but hopefully it's close for now.

Rellek was a character that just popped into my head one day and, owing to his personality, refused to leave. Before I knew it, he was developing rapidly and became very interesting to write for (not to mention a challenge; this guy does things I'm terrified of writing, much less even have enough knowledge to write about). He's like a furry cross between Jason Borne and the villain from Mission: Impossible 3; skills that can cut down nearly anyone who faces him and he does it while cracking a cruel smile of satisfaction, fully confident in what he can do.

The weapon he's holding is a sansetsukon, a three-sectioned-staff. The fact that it's made of Verrocite and it's glowing in his paw means he's an Auran, and given his history, he likely isn't a Sage...
