Decided to draw up a sprite of mine, the Plasmorph, also known as a doppelganger. He's adorable~
Once these guys gain a bit of blood from their target, they can take on their foe's appearance and gain their attributes at anytime they wish. By default, Plasmorphs are tall, lanky beings standing at about 8 feet (roughly 2.4 meters.) They have white flesh that can regenerate, though more quickly towards its head as its mouth, which is normally a few vertical slits, can tear away revealing a fanged jaw when used for combat. Afterwards, the flesh near its mouth adheres back together like normal. Sharp claws and fangs aren't the only things to watch for however, as they can instill fear and paranoia with their supernatural powers. They can be socially manipulative using almost any means necessary, and are excellent liars as well as bargainers/blackmailers. Bursting these guys down quickly would be the best way to get rid of them in combat. Otherwise, just don't approach them.

Plasmorphs are generally chaotic-neutral. Some simply take on the form of other beings to prank and steal, while in rarer cases will kill if provoked. Some stories have been spread where Plasmorphs were used as spies, after bargaining with them of course, although, they generally should not be trusted... no matter how cute they look~
