The color yellow in Accel World is a midpoint between Red and Green, combining range with defense and cunning to produce a brilliantly strategic combat style.

A duel avatar is manifested from your subconscious, based on your hopes and dreams as well as your fears and insecurities. Since the avatars are rooted from a portion of your mind that is not within your control, and is difficult to interpret, it is hard to really truly determine what your own avatar might be like, and even more difficult to determine somebody else's, but this is my best attempt at it.

Separation has been a theme in my friend's life since a young age, when the loss of a dear family member shook him to the core. As he grew up, an overbearing parent kept him oppressively segregated from society, and even though he still managed to make friends, his social ties were slim, and he grew up much more sheltered than many of his peers. Even now, many of his close friends, myself included, have moved away. Because he has an online job, he does not have the opportunity to visit his coworkers in person, and the bulk of his social exposure is attained only through internet communications.

This separation expresses itself in his avatar in his avatar's extreme mobility. Aurum Stride is one of the fastest avatars in Accel World, and its movement abilities give it outstanding freedom compared to other avatars. His avatar has the potential to close the gaps between itself and anything else; there is nothing out of its reach, and nothing can get in its way.
