This one was done for and was pretty fun to do! :D

Now he is ready to do anything from the most fantastic of water exploration to the most outwardly boring of acting as an anchor for a ship.

The most clever bit of the design I feel about this is the water jet feeds. :D And for sure the "CNVI" will show up more.
