YAAAY I got this done and I like how it turned out...
I've updated Mikasi's color scheme. Instead of red, brown, and tan he has dark brown, brown, and tan.

I haven't drawn a traditional drawing like this in a while o_o it was a lot of fun and I did some new things...

Like when I messed up on his eyes and had to cut out paper to fit inside his eyes to correct it xD

I also went over the outline a second time with a black color pencil to sharpen it up. I usually just do it once at the start with a black marker/pen but it always gets grey because of using my white to blend all the fur colors and shades so it looks smooth. I think it turned out nicely touching up the outline after all the coloring was done.

So enjoy this sexy buff dude and his pole-vaulting muscles. Who knows? maybe he goes to the Olympics someday.

(So about why he's a pole vaulter. Mikasi's kinda a projection of my time in track. I, however, run distance, but I think pole vaulting is cool. I might try it out next season to see but right now it's not looking good since I'm in Madrigals xD
I have projected the Distance Running stuff to Dave and Peter though. In a story I'm thinking of Dave and Peter are friends who run distance. Dave is a newbie while Peter has more experience so Peters helping Dave learn and be motivated. Along the way Peter runs into Mikasi who's pole-vaulting and starts to fall in love with the coyote. XD)
