This, surprisingly, is not intended as a Fallout/Toontown poster like the others in my series have been. This is still the same old propaganda style, but it was made for the event on my Toontown Tumblr blog where my character (Miss Fancy Petalbubble) took the office of the V.P and began making improvements.
