I definitely agree it would work better a little slowed down, but I think mostly what it needs is tweening. Lowering the framerate any more felt super choppy, and just didn't flow as an animation anymore.
I think in the future, if someone wanted an animation during a 2 hour timeslot, I'd recommend going with a single motion so I have time to make it smoother, rather than aiming for more content (swallow + squeeze) like this. But, this was my first attempt at something like this, so, live and learn~

Whoaaaaa that scared me actually x-x
hmh, it seems like it could use some slowing down. Even though the framerate wouldn't look good, the uncanniness of that fast motion makes this come across more like a hyperactive version of that tongue-mouth thing the alien does in Alien x3
Good animation, though! The frames themselves and the motion looks fine~
