Love those eyes a lot. You've definitely got a great way of illustrating shadow with the scarf and hair. The muzzle area seems a bit skewed upwards to me, the nose would either be farher down, or the jaw occluded behind the nose. Also, the snow is a bit too scattered on the top of his head, which ends up being distracting. I like the bigger piles on the shoulders a lot though. Overall, great icon!
