Ian Risen is the father of the main character, Michelo Risen. He braved the horrors of Dracula's castle before his son, using a leather flail with a cross tip, and his trusty crucifix.

Even as old as he is, he keeps in good shape and should he be needed, he is a holy warrior more than capable of fighting Dracula's army of darkness.
