They said to draw Pots from Jet Set Radio, which was a-ok with me! Great game, great style. I spent some time debating whether to give him some pants but I figured it would just get in the way of the design so I stayed close to the look of the first game.
Hope you like it! I tried to capture that phresh, vibrant cell-shaded look

Fun fact: I had barely even heard of Jet Set Radio when I came up with the design for Jett but I'm pretty sure he could sub in for Pots any day of the week.
