myself as a hemulen because gosh I relate to hemulens a lot, obsessive creatures who dedicate themselves to that one interest they have and are socially awkward, too.
also wearing dresses regardless of gender, I can roll with that.
also I’m sure “hemulen” is derived from the Swedish name but I vastly prefer “hemuli”, the Finnish name because it’s one I’ve grown up with.

This is seriously so so wonderful!! Seeing any Moomin related art always makes me incredibly happy, and it's so neat to see someone draw a hemulen for once (esp as a persona!!) Thank you so much for sharing, I love the shoes especially!

Aww! I'm glad. Hemulens are quite underappreciated for their prevalence. Then again considering how standoffish they can be in personality, not really considering other people might be one thing why they're unpopular?
