As the Head Moof of the Balinological Technical Institute (also known as Baltech, BTI, or the Moofiversity; formerly Placedale Community College), Balina Gail Mahigan is a very busy woman. Rarely seen in person, she oversees virtually all aspects of administration personally, doing most of her work via proxy and telepresence from her office.

Originally driven by a desire to overcome her paw as a handicap (a birth defect; hybrid genetics are weird), Balina has an obsession with her own productivity. Already demonstrating an affinity for multitasking, she was one of the first people to be fitted with synthetic limbs, and the first to be fitted beyond what her body was designed to handle. Acclimating faster than expected, she went back for seconds within eight months, and has developed a close working relationship with Ignis Dextremeties, the first and foremost producer of auto-prosthetic extensions.

At long last, I can finally get this posted. Earlier this year, I was introduced to Taxiderby, who despite his heavy workload agreed to help design and draw up this particular Balina, and managed to show, repeatedly, that he was the right choice. There is nothing on this page I am not outlandishly happy about.

It may not be obvious quite yet, but this is unquestionably the most ludicrously indulgent Balina I have ever had drawn. Expect to see a lot of her once I can actually find more artists willing to tackle this particular blend of weirdness.
