I wish I had a chance to post this earlier. I only managed to finish making the fur sock for my tail a few hours before the con.

This is the first time I've taken this to a con and I was very excited to wear it! I was pleased to discover that I could get a full day's use out of it on four 2000mAh NiMH cells. The noisy servo that I thought might be an issue was barely even audible over background noise at the con.

Nothing broke, and everything pretty much worked flawlessly throughout the con. I want to turn this into a kit, and so I plan to update the design a bit soon to make it easier to assemble and require fewer tools.
