Excation communicate thoughts and feelings with their minds, which they can link, but a null excation cannot link its mind with others. Back on their homeworld Kalem this can cause excessive social frustration and isolation, but here on Earth it isn't a problem! Despite the relatively cold temperatures compared to Kalem, Miamk prefers Earth for obvious reasons and rarely interacts with other excation anymore.
