Artist note: this guy has got the pleasure of filling up 5 of my 40-page sketchbook (and I just realised how small it is now). And even then this one had problems. But unlike the last ones this one turned up looking good at least. Also looking up low on this guy was hard since my concept comes from the Legend Of Sleepy Hollow, yet it is based off a folklore character that scatters all over Europe with different interpretations; including one where he had a who made of human spinal cord (Predator be mad)
