This is my Naruto Character, Gyoza Peintā. His techniques all revolve around painting and drawing things, and bringing them to life. His paint brush is also a Nagamaki, which is a long-handle katana. He knows a bit of medical crap, so he carries a medic's bag.

He's named after a food, Gyoza, a type of chinese dumpling.
