If one were to observe closely one can recognize that echoes of our world's past remain, even until this day - that nothing in its history is ever truly forgotten; that each and every action causes some sort of inescapable reaction, no matter how small.

Argent Fatalis as a character is, in many ways, a reminder of this, and an extreme one at that. He is an echo of a past that we are unlikely to ever bear witness to, or again, as the human species; a time when we as man were not the dominant force on our world. We should, where we can, enjoy what it is we do have and strive for more while learning and adapting from our past.
